Gluten Free, Flavor-Full!

Let’s be real — at the end of a busy day, making a deliciously inspired meal is the LAST thing you want to do. You want good food, fast. But when you’re following a gluten-free diet, a quick meal isn’t always the easiest thing. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that our tasty new gluten-free dinners are here to save the day! (Or at least save you time).
First up is our new Bean and Cheese Enchilada Bake: corn tortillas are layered with fire-roasted peppers, super sweet corn, tomatoes, pinto beans in a zesty enchilada sauce, and smothered in cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses.
To make this delicious dish even better (yes, hard to believe but it is possible), try serving your enchiladas with guacamole and sour cream.
Next is our new Pad Thai with Chicken: rice noodles stir-fried with juicy, roasted, farm-raised chicken, topped with cashew pieces in a slightly nutty, slightly sweet (MSG-free!) Pad Thai sauce. We like to serve it up with a slice of lime and cilantro for the full dining experience.
Both dishes are certified gluten free (aka: worry free).
