Grilling Tip #6: Pork Loin Rack Roast

Enjoy the slow-cooked flavors of roasting without heating up the kitchen. Yum!
Prepare from thawed state.
Preheat grill over medium heat.
Remove thawed Butcher’s Cut™ Bone-In Pork Loin Rack Roast from pouch and pat dry with a paper towel.
Slice into pieces and season with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Pork Roast Rub seasoning, or as desired.
Place chops on oiled grate.
Grill 15 – 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning over halfway through cooking time.
Tip: For additional flavor, baste both sides of chops the last five minutes with your favorite BBQ sauce.
