Because we love ham so very, very much, we’ve selected a ham recipe or serving suggestion for each day of the week (AKA: best week ever!). Here we go:
Monday: Ham sandwich, smeared with a spicy brown mustard and served on hearty, whole-grain bread—its perfection in the lunchbox
Tuesday: Dice up leftovers for a classic Cobb Salad
Wednesday: Warmed up with a Potato Au Gratin and Ham Pot Pie
Thursday: Make use of that hambone with a steaming pot of Split Pea Soup
