Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes amd Jumbo Cooked Tail-On Shrimp

Get excited, people. It’s that time of year: we’re bringing back our seasonal fall favorites, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Jumbo Cooked Tail-On Shrimp. These beauties are only available for a limited time, so do the right thing before it’s too late!

Still not sure if these are the perfect catch? (Sorry, we had to.) Here’s a little bit more on our delicious seafood offerings:

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes: Hearty hand-formed crab cakes made with large chunks of jumbo lump crab meat. A buttery cracker flavor and seasoning complement the sweet, incomparable taste of the fresh-caught crab. Sounds good, right? Crab Cakes are great for lunch, dinner or a snack, so enjoy these beauties while you can. You can even mix up a classic Remoulade Sauce to go with them:

Ingredients:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2-3 Gherkin pickles, Sliced
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Diced Capers

Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, capers and mustard. Mix well.

2. Pour into a small bowl, chill and serve.

Tip: Additional flavor variations can be added like paprika, herbs, horseradish or curry

Jumbo Cooked Tail-On Shrimp: Our flash-frozen process allows us to preserve freshness and keep shrimp at the ultimate of flavor and texture delivered right to your door. The shrimp is pre-cooked, so simply thaw under cold water and serve on ice with cocktail sauce for a classic appetizer that never fails. Or, try adding shrimp to your favorite cold salad.
